ASWB Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Provider
Elevate Continuing Education, #1816, formerly Maryland CEU Institute is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved as ACE providers. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Elevate Continuing Education maintains responsibility for this course. ACE provider approval period: 05/04/2023 – 05/04/2026.

National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)
Elevate Continuing Education has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.7347. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Elevate Continuing Education is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
Most state boards for professional counselors accept NBCC approved provider CE Hours. Please utilize our Credit Checker tool to determine if your state licensing board accepts our NBCC ACEP CE Hours.

MARYLAND BOARD OF SOCIAL WORK EXAMINERS
Elevate Continuing Education is an approved sponsor of the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners under the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for continuing education credits for licensed social workers in Maryland and maintains full responsibility for this program. Our trainings offer either Category I or Category II credit hours - please visit the training information page to determine the type of credit hours offered for a course you are interested in. To learn more about CE requirements and Category I and II activities please visit the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners Website.
Maryland Board of Social Work Credit Hours are also accepted for:
Maryland Licensed Psychologists
Maryland Professional Counselors, Marriage & Family Therapists, & Addictions Counselors - Maryland Board of Professional Counselors accepts NBCC Credit Hours - please see above.
WASHINGTON, DC BOARD OF SOCIAL WORK
Elevate Continuing Education has received direct approval from the DC Board of Social Work to offer CE Credit hours for DC Social Workers.

PLEASE NOTE: Even when a social work board or other licensing board accepts courses offering ASWB ACE credit or NBCC Credit Hours, licensees are responsible for determining whether courses meet the CE requirements in their jurisdictions.
