Course Overview:

Effective clinical supervision is a crucial skill for professionals working in the mental health field. As we strive to achieve better outcomes for our clients, the role of direct supervision in guiding our staff becomes increasingly paramount.

Whether you aspire to become a clinical supervisor or seek to enhance your current understanding of clinical supervision and boost your staff management abilities, this comprehensive training is tailored to meet your needs. Through a hands-on and pragmatic approach, this course provides a dynamic foundation for mastering the art of clinical supervision within your work setting.

Participants will engage in practical applications, targeted exercises, and real-world case studies, all designed to cultivate confidence and expertise in the practice of clinical supervision. By the end of the training, participants will have the tools to construct their own clinical 'compass,' enabling them to steer their supervisory relationships toward success.
