Course Overview:
Worry and rumination are nearly universal—but when they become constant, they can fuel anxiety, cloud judgment, and keep clients stuck. This research-informed workshop offers clear, actionable strategies for shifting worry and rumination using evidence-based tools grounded in neuroscience, self-compassion, mindset theory, and positive neuroplasticity. Through examples, discussion, and skills-focused techniques, participants will learn how to help clients quiet “what if?” thinking, reduce self-criticism, and build healthier cognitive and emotional habits.
Attendees will leave with interventions they can use right away—such as the STOP technique, growth-mindset reframes, and HEAL practices to support calm and resilience. Whether you work with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, or life transitions, this training provides a compassionate, strengths-based framework to help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
